true love... and dancing

what an amazing wedding for my last in hawaii.  A couple so beyond in love with each other, a stunning location at Turtle Bay stables, and a dreamy sunset... could not have asked for anything better! the images truly speak for themselves.

the streets of chinatown

Returning to one of my all time favorite wedding couples Andrea & Erik!  I loved that they let me have free range for their trash the dress!  Instead of the beach we decided to cruise around the streets of chinatown stopping at any beautiful building or piece of architecture that caugh our eye.  These two were such good sports... and blocked out all the hooting and hollering from cars and passerby's wishing them "congratulations".. they focused on each other and seemed to be the only two people in the world.

mimi and chris

11/11/11!  Epic day for weddings! So on this special day two cultures and families combined with a small beach ceremony and "delicious" reception at Nobu Restaurant in Waikiki to celebrate mimi and chris.  two things i must point out about this couple.  They certainly had style and excellent tastebuds!  This explains the many pictures of food and shoes!

andrea & eric

Well the first image in this entry says it all!  This couple wanted to have fun on their wedding day and that is exactly what they did!  A small intimate wedding of only about 15 people gathered at the Blue Lagoon Chapel where eric and andrea said their "I do's!"  A quick drive to Ko'olina and the couple joined their guests at Paradise Cove Luau to enjoy the festivites and eat some local food.  Andrea and Eric were blessed with an amazing sunset and we were able to capture some beautiful memories.  Thank you guys for all of the laughs!

dave & kang

The first picture says it all about this couple and their wedding... fun! I have now had the pleasure of working with this couple of several occassions and all i can say is that they just get better and better! Their wedding took place among the stunning backdrop of Kualoa Ranch which is lucky enough to boast mountain and ocean views.  Guests gathered to see the couple exchange lighthearted vows and dance down the aisle, followed by a candlelit dinner under a tent.  To end a perfect evening, dave and kang danced with friends and family under the stars.
